The GaitScan offers dynamic computerized casting, capturing millions of data points using 4096 sensors. It determines arch height/length and the patient’s unique biomechanical problems through the entire gait cycle. The GaitScan takes a measurement every 300th of a second! With this information, The Orthotic Group manufactures an orthotic specifically designed to correct your foot, addressing any ankle, knee and low back issues; the lower kinetic chain. Your orthotics should be checked every 2 years to insure optimal foot mechanics, as your prescription may change over time.

A custom orthotic insert or a custom orthotic insert with a shoe will be made according to the GaitScan. Orthotics are versatile and uniquely made around your specific needs.
